Add rocky linux GitLab instance to domains

Pavlos Karakalidis requested to merge pkarakal/dark-gitlab:apply-to-rocky-linux-git into develop

Rocky Linux is a binary compatible distribution of RHEL and it is a replacement for the CentOS project which shifted its focus to a test bed for RHEL. Rocky Linux uses a Gitlab instance for managing their infrastructure and their packages so it would be great to have this custom dark theme for that instance as well.
