Also in this release: - claude-ccr-build probed a path STRING not a file; its documented system-Go fallback was unreachable (exit 127 reported as a Go version mismatch). - cma-proxy backgrounded with no stdio redirection: capture hang (30005ms vs 5ms) plus payload corruption; orphan now reaped before its pid is cleared. - Four failure messages asserted causes their evidence contradicted, one of them across 22 proof files (HTTP 402 reported as "cannot see code"). - CMA_HELIX_AUTOSTART: HelixLLM auto-start is opt-in, default OFF -- booting it claims the single GPU and evicts HelixCode. - Doc pipeline silently deleted a table row via a literal INCLUDE marker. Gates: suite 58/58; claude-release-gate.sh ALL LAYERS GREEN (live GATE-OK, route confirmed sink-side); constitution 7/7; shellcheck 0 errors.
