Improve network plots

• Compute drawing parameters from network size
• Extend plot functions
  • In- and out-degree
  • Specific body mass (and other trait-based properties)

Other improvements

• Allow disabling ia_threshold ... and disable it by default
• Reduce minimum parent size default value
