Rework ODE system state

… to allow changes like planned in #17 (closed).

Actually, there's not a lot to rework, so this MR is mainly implementing a few tweaks to the ODESystem propagator and adds OpenBLAS support for armadillo.

There are structural improvements to the testing features, including a semi-automatic comparison of benchmarking results.
