Resolve "Show test coverage in MRs"

This MR adapts the CI/CD configuration to enable code coverage visualization in MRs.

Additionally, it fixes a minor bug where the pipeline was not shown as finished due to the when: manual of the deploy:stop_docs jobs not being recognized correctly.
