Add a troubleshoot remark in the README for zsh users

This MR updates the documentation such that it adds a troubleshoot entry for zsh users trying to install test or documentation dependencies.

• Documentation extended or updated
  • add a troubleshoot setion at the end of the README.md and add the information for zsh users to escape square brackets to make dependency installation work.
• No code changes (except tested includes)
