Fix the certificates listing

What does this MR do?

This MR adds handling for errors in individual certificates

I added an errors field in every certificate object with an array of the error validation (if the checkToken flag is open) I disabled the not allowed certificates. The error messages are titles at the option elements (available by hovering over the element)
