Profile Module has been created. Menu changes

Avraam Politis requested to merge apolitis/universis-teachers:profile into master

A basic instructor's profile has been created. The menu has been corrected and the relevant modules has been created. Instructor's initials letters are now displayed on the menu. The appearance of the menu as far as the dropdown selection is concerned has been corrected.
