Draft: Add more functionality to messages dropdown

What does this MR do?

This makes the messages dropdown actually useful to the end user. The users can mark a message as read directly from the dropdown and can be redirected to the messages component as well.

Clicking on the envelope icon marks the messaage as read and clicking on the message redirects them to the messages list component to view more. Also it doesn't close when clicking inside the dropdown.
