Change graduate student view to display useful info

What does this MR do?

Remove unncessary components when a graduate students is logged in and show useful info.
Specifically removed:
-Menu items including: Recent Grades, Semester Registration and Courses Registration
-Tabs including: Recent Grades, Semester Registration and Courses Registration
-Dashboard cards that are not relevant
Add:
-Student info similar to registrar view
-Cards containing info from available postgraduate programs
