Implemenet course details in mobile view

ANYSIA NIKOLOPOULOU requested to merge aninikol/universis-students:course-details-mobile into master

Added ECTS and coefficient in courses-all in mobile view. image

However courses-recent have a working stats button. Should it be added to courses-all also? And the ECTS and coefficien the type and courseExam? Also what about dashboard is has only courseID and teacher should we add more info also?
