All files mode

This is a followup from !5 (closed)

This MR gives support for commiting all files with dirty changes(new files and changes, but not renames and chmods). To support identifying commits done like this in future CI jobs, I also added a --tag flag to tag the commit.

I said I would create a merge request when I got done with my CI work , and here it is, two years late.

I honestly can't remember if I 100% kept backwards compatibility, so let's assume I didn't. But we have used this in production for two years untouched, so at least it works as advertised.

I'll keep this MR here for future reference, even though this now looks like a dead project.
