As a staff member responsible for handling other staff members, they need to be able to register and manage other staff members on the e-commerce platform, ensuring that staff roles and responsibilities are appropriately assigned and managed.
Requirements
- The staff member must have the authority to manage other staff members.
- There must be a need to register and manage other staff members on the platform.
Acceptance Criteria

The staff member with higher authority, upon logging into their account, can access a dedicated "Staff Management" section or feature on the platform. -
In the "Staff Management" section, the staff member can register new staff members by providing their personal information, assigning roles, and specifying responsibilities. -
The staff member with higher authority can view a list of all staff members registered on the platform, including their names, roles, and contact information. -
They can assign, modify, or revoke roles and responsibilities for each staff member, ensuring proper role-based access control. -
The staff member can communicate with other staff members through the platform, send notifications, and manage staff-related tasks. -
They can also disable or remove staff members' access in case of role changes or departures.
