Can someone explain "nefarious" in this context. Does the sentence "speech that expresses a form of prejudice" meet the need without the qualifying "nefarious"?

Will there be a categorical list of protected characteristics? Given "such as", it appears these protections are unique to the document and not a specific jurisdiction and is merely referencing some examples.

Is this called out in reference to the preceding hate speech and prejudice, or is this a separate rule that should stand alone? As written, it appears to qualify (and allow) hate speech and prejudice provided it is "voiced respectfully" - which I doubt is the intent - nor is it able to be strictly defined (my definition of respectful may differ from yours).

As written this restricts calls to violence from individuals, not calls to violence from groups.

Nudity and pornography must be posted either unlisted, with a content warning, or both. When is "or both" desirable? When would unlisted but without CW be appropriate.
The code as listed above is only intended as an initial starting point. Once the UFI is established and there is a critical mass of instances on board then the above rules can be amended or edited by a 2/3rds majority vote of the member instances in the UFI.
Is there an early idea about what "critical mass" means in terms of numbers and/or population?
