Draft: ubports_fp4_defconfig: Enable CONFIG_USB_CONFIGFS_RNDIS

This is needed for RNDIS internet connection sharing from the FP4 over USB using e.g. the following on UT 20.04:

gdbus call --system --dest com.meego.usb_moded --object-path /com/meego/usb_moded --method com.meego.usb_moded.set_mode rndis_adb
