prop.halium: stop overriding voice volume steps

Ratchanan Srirattanamet requested to merge personal/peat-psuwit/focal_-_fp4-voice-volume into focal

Now that the proper fix is available on pa-modules-droid side [1], remove the override for call steps so that the calculation in the audio HAL will work as intended.
