Migrates @fredldotme's PR https://github.com/HelloVolla/android_kernel_volla_mt6763/pull/15 over to the "new" Volla Phone X kernel repo, let me know if this is still relevant ^^

This PR imports and enables v4l2loopback for the Volla Phone X.

Using this, plus a "sauced" change waiting for upstream approval, it is possible
to achieve camera support in V4L2 applications like Morph with the right bridging
daemon, opticd in this case.
