Use upstream building scripts

Lets use upstream building scripts, taken from https://gitlab.com/ubports/porting/community-ports/halium-generic-adaptation-build-tools/

This fixes #12 (closed) , #11 (closed)

Issues was caused by wrong permissions of file init.disabled.rc (0666 not 0644) as I explained here !18 (comment 1535095355)
