Draft: deviceinfo: add androidboot.configfs=true to boot parameters

This is a draft, do not merge. Still trying to get adb working.

Added the androidboot.configfs=true kernel parameter hoping to get the sys.usb.configfs property set to 1. But after booting, the property is still unset...
