# Proper fix torch trough udev rules

• fix the wrong subsystem and kernel displayed on udev, making torch work properly under Ubuntu Touch 20.04. Begonia uses torch-light for flashlight.
• fix video playback on morph browser allow nodes to be read by apparmor
• fix audio playback not working, change the touch.pa file, remove previous definition on env_ that pointed to pulse config file, add audio overlay .xml it fixes audio get stuck on headspeaker. But it does break bluetooth audio cals and speakerphone.
• bind mount librilfusion again, as some users are reporting signal lost, or offline modem
• ship usb-moded device-specific.config
• drop env_ for focal on repowerd
• fix hotspot connections with password
