eglSubDriverAndroid.so: Add symlinks

In the logs, there is a recurring error about a missing library : "eglSubDriverAndroid.so".
This MR fix this issue.
Using this library should improve performance.
It also prevents Waydroid from crashing UT.

I tested this fix on my surya phone
