Fix lags
requested to merge EricHeintzmann/ubuntu-touch/kernel-xiaomi-surya:halium-10.0_fix-lags into halium-10.0
I applied fix shown by @NotKit at https://forums.ubports.com/post/77232
I tested on my surya phone and it works fine : there are no more lags.
