Fix prepare-fake-ota, add more files/folders to gitignore

This fixes prepare-fake-ota.sh as ubports changed the layout of where projects were stored on their ci. Specifically DEVICE_GENERIC_URL failed.

This MR also adds ota/ and deviceinfo to the gitignore
