yggdrasilx: Update with latest known statuses for xenial

I don't have the device but Waydroid has been reported by users as working (as seen on Waydroid Helper's OpenStore page), fingerprint sensor tested as working on OTA-24 and OSK feedback should now be noticeable on 16.04 devel since a month (https://gitlab.com/ubports/porting/community-ports/android9/volla-phone-x/volla-yggdrasilx/-/merge_requests/1). Also adds kernelVersion (4.9.190) as per the kernel source toplevel Makefile.

I'll update Volla Phone and Volla Phone 22 separately after thoroughly testing all features on both 16.04 and 20.04, ping @capsia
