pbuilder-hookdir/D21ubports-pref: pin by release's origin instead

Because generate_repo_extra.py still generates APT sources pointing to repo2.ubports.com, we have to make sure that is coverred by the pin too. Since the release's origin is the same between repo and repo2, use that instead.
