touch-core: ship dmsetup for logical volume management

Needed on Android 10+ devices with dynamic partitions so udev keep logical partitions symlinks in /dev/mapper, but should be safe to include in all editions and the package itself is small, as we seemingly ship libdevmapper as dependency already.
