Create a mainline image for the PDK
This PDK image includes the ubports-build and ubports-clone tools. These work together with the ubports-pdk scripts and setup to work in and out of a virtual machine for Ubuntu Touch development.
Problems:
- I doubt adbd is working, I don't think it's even installed
- Needs https://gitlab.com/ubports/core/seeds/ubuntu-touch/-/merge_requests/54 and https://gitlab.com/ubports/core/ubuntu-touch-session/-/merge_requests/25
- The "additional_package" argument is kludgy at best, and conflicts with https://gitlab.com/ubports/core/rootfs-builder-debos/-/merge_requests/75
- ubports-clone and ubports-build are untested
However, it does boot as expected with the PDK.
