Draft: pine64: switch to upstream pinetab2 firmware

ook37/linux!121 (merged) must be merged and a kernel build must be generated before this request is merged. However, I am ready to do those things, and just need someone prepared to merge this.

The old firmware is only compatible with the old kernel module, and the new firmware only with the new kernel module; so if a build is generated with only one, the wifi will be completely broken. Let's have no broken builds.
