the builder started failing last night due to use http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/l/live-build/live-build_3.0~~a57-1ubuntu38.20.04.2_all.deb being removed from the repositories, in favor of http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/l/live-build/live-build_3.0~~a57-1ubuntu38.20.04.3_all.deb. This deb is hard-coded for fetching, so we need to bump the filename.
