The pinetab images are failing to build due to a redundant cleanup command that was provided in both focal-pine64-base.yaml and polish.yaml. Removes the extra piece in focal-pine64-base.yaml to make it singular again.

Ofono is being started too quickly. Redirect to a script that will allow modem to wait for interfaces to be ready before activating.

The images were not producing read-only. Fixes that too.
