Desktop Mode fixes + Smooth Scrolling

This MR provides fixes to various issues popping up in focal:

  • Fixes scaling issues introduced in focal, with clients now adjusting their scaling appropriately based on the screen they're on
  • Avoid counting the virtual touchpad (internal screen) as a screen with window contents on it
  • Smooth trackpad scrolling in all apps, including the browser
