• New upstream release 0.2.0.
• d/patches: remove already-upstreamed patches
• d/patches: add a patch to fix compilation with GCC 13
  • 0001-sensorfw-core-add-missing-include-to-fix-building-wi.patch
• Revert "debian/rules: make sure the code is built with C++11" Ubuntu Noble comes with GCC 13 which now defaults to C++17. So there's no longer needed. This reverts commit c34ef56a.
• debian/: upgrade debhelper compat level to 13 and modernize packaging
  • Preemptively add single-binary dh addon to continue installing all files in a single binary package.
  • Switch pkg-config B-D to pkgconf.
