trust-store enablement for PulseAudio on 20.04

Alfred Neumayer requested to merge personal/fredldotme/focal_-_pa-trust-store into ubports/focal

Patches taken from xenial and adapted to work on focal. Patch commit messages and copyright should be intact.

Initial testing was done on the PinePhone and the PDK, so mainly devices which didn't have trust prompts before.
