Draft: Update ofono version from 1.33 to 2.7

The newer versions of ofono should have better support for the qmimodem used in the pinephone. Version 2.7 supports voice call according to https://www.piggz.co.uk/sites/pgz/blog. The idea behind it, https://www.piggz.co.uk/sites/pgz/blog/sailfish-ofono

The project of the stock upstream ofono working out of the box is not done yet I think. There is still a list of patches required but the qmimodem voice call should work out of the box. https://github.com/piggz/ofono-upstream/tree/main/rpm
