Draft: add combined internet & MMS GPRS context capability
This MR adds patches from Canonical's fork of oFono supporting combined internet & MMS contexts. Additionally, more patches from xenial_-_android9_-_addremovecontext PR [1] are added. I think it's not ready for actual usage, and I doubt about the additional patches, but by doing this, it'll allow interested parties to have a testing binary.
This has a potential to fix #8 (closed). However, to completely fix #8 (closed) would also need a change in provisioning plugin to make it actually provision a combined context. But the fact that the provisioning plugin produces a separated contexts for affected carriers make me curious on how it's handled on Sailfish OS. Thus, this might not be the final solution for #8 (closed).
