debian/patches: Update Mir forward-port

Alfred Neumayer requested to merge personal/fredldotme/mix-wayland-mir into ubports/focal
  • Allow clients that connect to a nested Mir server to safely bind to the display and get the actual device_name. Necessary for hardware-accelerated Wayland clients.
  • Drop the patch that only worked around it and resulted in software-rendered clients.
  • Fix the need to LD_PRELOAD the Mir Mesa platform, detection doesn't work in a libglvnd world anymore.
