New upstream version 14.0.0+r45, forward port patches

adbd (1:14.0.0+r45-0ubports1) noble; urgency=medium

  * New upstream version 14.0.0+r45. Follow Android's module split and
    pull source code from platform/packages/modules/adb repo.
  * d/patches: remove patches not touching adb and update file paths
  * d/patches: split Alfred's enablement patch, forward-port applicable patches
  * debian/: adjust for changed file structure
  * debian/: use default version of Clang to compile
  * d/control: adjust build dependencies to what's available in Noble
  * d/control: add new B-Ds
  * debian/vendored-libraries: vendor libs from other part of Android tree
  * d/stub-headers: stub some headers required by the codebase
  * d/adbd.mk: update for the new version
  * debian/: implement some techniques from android-platform-tools' src pkg
  * d/patches: additional behavior changes we want for Ubuntu Touch
  * d/rules: disable LTO to workaround LP: #2064187 (LP: #2064187, 18)
  * debian/: upgrade to debhelper compat level 13
  * debian/: removed unneeded build dependencies and dh sequence.
  * d/control: update metadata and package description
  * d/rules: workaround dwz not supporting DWARFv5
