WIP try to add a test

This is the same as xenial_-_embedded-album-art but adds a test case.

With crosbuilder I aways get:

media-hub/build/tests/unit-tests/test-gstreamer-engine: error while loading shared libraries: libEGL.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

so I try it here
