Properly center lockscreen clock

Kugi Eusebio requested to merge kugiigi1/lomiri:main_-_clockcenter into main

This will make the lockscreen clock properly centered in cases where the time format is 12H and the hour is only 1 digit.

Apparently, there's a leading space in this format which comes from the indicators...took me long time to realize that 🤦
