Notification: Add privacy mode

Bring a "privacy" notification mode in UT when device is locked.

From discussion with UX Team and according to some limitation of the current usage of notification, the idea is to blur the avatar photo and display "New message".

It applies only on ephemeral and interactive notifications. Idk if for prompt ones we should do the same. Critical notifs are not blured too.
