App Launcher animation rework

Lionel Duboeuf requested to merge personal/lduboeuf/anim_applaunch into main

Change App launch animation. Instead of animate opacity on the surface Item itself which render from black to the app color, make the splash transition fading

Also prevent opacity animation after lock screen, avoiding the same "to black color"
