Disambiguation of about string for translation.

The same string is used in ClockApp, WeatherApp, and CameraApp. Using the same context doesn't allow different variant of translation.

In Czech language, the translation needs to be different, because of the way how the phrase is composed.

In case of Settings plugin, the string "About" means "About Device" in case of other apps is it "About Application". Exact translation would be just "O" which is weird. Usual translation is "O aplikaci" (About Application) , in this case it needs to be "O zařízení" (About Device).

The ctr(string context, string text) is described as one of options at https://ubports.gitlab.io/docs/api-docs/lomiriuserinterfacetoolkit/qml-lomiri-components-i18n.html. The domain could be used as well.
