Bluetooth settings: reorder devices (known devices first), drop redundant list of to be auto-connected devices

Connected/Previous connections for bluetooth should not be at the very bottom of the list as it makes it hard to get to when you are in a crowded location

This will move everything into the connected devices category and remove the autoconnect category as it isnt needed.
