Plugins: Battery: Use has history for battery primary condition check

Changes the primary battery selection to use the has-history field to check if the battery has history since thats what is being displayed. Looking at the logs from a jingpad, pinephone pro only the actual batteries have that field set to yes and everything else shows no.
