increase duration of cursor reposition timer

Daniel Frost requested to merge Danfro/lomiri-system-settings:increaseduration into main

The timer added with the fix applied here does work, though I have noticed, that in a few cases the cursor is moved to early = not to the very last position.

So with this MR the duration is slightly increased to avoid that.
