remove unwanted divider in hotspot setup page

Daniel Frost requested to merge Danfro/lomiri-system-settings:fixhotspotsetup into main

This MR will fix one visual issue in hotspot setup by removing the divider at the end just above the buttons. See before and after images.

Also I found the timer for moving the cursor (see !397 (merged)) is in rare cases (maybe depending on device) a bit short, so extending the time slightly. (moving this part to another MR)
