[Focal] Migrate to ayatana-indicator-power to allow system updates
requested to merge deathmist/lomiri-system-settings-system-update:ayatana-indicators-migration into main
Upgrades from system settings weren't possible due to being unable to determine the battery level and charging state.
Closes #1 (closed).
