Add and use click installation helper script instead of PackageKit

This is executed as a post-download-command by lomiri-download-manager after a click package has been downloaded and replaces pkcon since PackageKit does no longer support clicks. It makes use of the click-service DBus service which allows the phablet user to install packages.

This fixes #6 (closed).
