debian/lomiri-sounds.links: add compatibiity symlinks back

As discussed in the README.md, various settings keep the absolute paths of the sounds, and this includes the old path of the name. So we need to add back compatibiity symlinks so that thoses settings still work. This, among other things, fixes notification sounds.
