fix: set XDG_RUNTIME_DIR to /tmp

cat-master21 requested to merge cat-master21/lomiri-desktop-session:cat-master21-main-patch-16369 into main

Because this is not set, lomiri warns it cannot find this variable and this is where wayland-0 is locked at.
